Deanne undertook the campaign in a way that surprised on the upside beyond my greatest expectations. That surprise was not so much who we ended up appointing although it was a successful campaign.
The surprise was around the following:
– Deanne took the time to really understand our business, people and culture. This I know heavily influenced the outcome.
– Deanne patiently worked with me reviewing every applicant from a very long short list. This helped me truly understand the spectrum of applicants.
– She was thoroughly involved with me as I interviewed the applicants. This allowed me to properly reflect on each applicant.
– It was tough decision between with two excellent applicants. She confidently handled me and carefully handled them to an outcome.
– Since the Group CEO commenced, Deanne has made regular contact with us both separately to ensure all has worked out as held out and hoped.
Throughout this process, Deanne was highly engaged and focussed on the outcome. I never once felt like she was just working a data base nor that was she just being expedient. There was no pressure on me to appoint rather constant dialogue and guidance throughout the entire process.
